We are currently living in sociate of hustle mentality, go big or go home, the new last only a week, in world of “Iphone” culture where it is a must to keep up every where even though it takes 10.000 hours ( 417 days) to master a skill before moving to another adventure, but we put ourselves under pressure to keep up with all this trend without having time to plan our entry and exit.
Why Evernote
Aside of been project planner I am very concerned on how I spend my time, track the progress of my to do list of my daily, weekly, monthly and year plan or goals. In 2016 I was looking for an alternative way of taking notes, setting my goals even to make grocery list without have to seat to write down on my journal or on a piece of paper because most of the time we don’t have this item in our disposal, after some days of research for a more effective and time saving I found this app called evernote. Evernote is more than just a note taking app it is a planning and note sharing app, I have evernote on my iphone, Ipad and in my laptop, the app is synchronized on this three device and I have all the functionalities on the free account (basic account) just like on a paid account.
Using evernote to boost your productivity
The paper and pen are dying every time we find a way of write quick and with less mistake, in general it takes me at least 45min to write down my daily plan with paper and pen plus I have to look for a comfortable place to seat and a good pen of course. On evernote first I create Notebook (folder) where I save store all my notes related to a certain topic and there is templates that can be used to customize your subject or notes according to your need. Using evernote for note taking and management
As project planner engineer most of the time I find myself think a better way of maximizing the fabrication, organize and planning the sequence of the activity, evernote helps me out on taking note of random ideas that I usually develop them later on the app, on evernote you can create an excel sheet alike template for the management of people in your organization for quick track or record plus you can share the note via email the app create an email for you e.g eliuzo@m.evernote.com.
